In my former life, when I was directly involved in data and telecom projects in New York City, the hardest part of my job was having to report to the client some portion of the project - for which I was responsible - was either late or over budget.
It is with this in mind, I began designing products for use in our industry. My goal was never to bring a product to market, which I believed could not produce a significant, positive effect on the outcome of a client's project. Specifically - get the project in - ahead of schedule and under budget.
